Under the guidance of the tireless vigneron Graziano Merotto, the Merotto Azienda Agricola winery has ventured successfully into the realm of still wines. Today, this endeavor is represented by two remarkable single-varietal specimens from the renowned Colli di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene area. Merotto Azienda Agricola has expanded its commitment beyond Prosecco, using the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene to cultivate grapes suitable for still wine production. B.Giussin, named after the area where the estate’s vineyards are located, is a pure Pinot Bianco, clear and layered, revealing the true character of this noble white grape variety. Rosso Dogato, produced in small quantities on the estate for decades, is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon with prolonged aging, adding territorial identity to an international grape variety cultivated in many regions around the world. These are two wines that bear Graziano Merotto’s signature, contributing to broadening one’s perspective and allowing everyone to experience and breathe in the spirit of Merotto in all its original and incomparable facets.
